Seromume Ikogho is a chartered accountant, entrepreneur and business consultant with 7+ years experience spanning across operational efficiency, business growth, supply chain and marketing.
He is a co-founder at Craftlink, as well as founder and Chief Executive Officer at Detail Africa, an award-winning Nigerian leather goods manufacturing company/brand, based in Lagos, Nigeria with distribution partners across Nigeria, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Prior to setting up Detail Africa, he was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young – a multinational consulting firm, after which he set up a business consulting outfit called BP Business Advisory, where he has advised several small and medium-scale businesses on optimal strategy and operational structures for business growth.
He was selected as a 2019 Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneur, and has also been selected for other prestigious entrepreneurship and accelerator programs designed by various bodies such as the Lagos Business School, Impact Investors Foundation, Impact Hub and Africa Development bank. Detail Africa was selected by Business Day Newspaper as one of the 100 fastest growing Nigerian SMEs in 2020.
He is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community where he has served in the capacity of Entrepreneurship/Innovation Lead and Impact Officer.

Kemi Martins is a force to be reckoned with in the leather goods industry. With a passion for creating meaningful impact, she has become a leading brand strategist and leather goods designer with a diverse background in management, design, and brand communication.
Kemi’s journey began with a B.Sc. in Marine Science from the University of Lagos, but her entrepreneurial spirit soon led her to pursue an MBA in Global Business from the University of South Wales. Her commitment to excellence and innovation led her to establish K.ASPEN, a 3-time award-nominated leather goods brand under the best in the manufacturing category in Africa for three consecutive years. In 2022, Kemi won the Best Fashion Brand in Africa for her outstanding contribution to the Nigerian leather goods industry.
As Chief Brand Officer at Craftlink, Kemi brings her wealth of experience and expertise to developing the leather goods industry in Nigeria. Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous recognitions from various prominent organizations and individuals, such as Forbes Africa’s Head Digital Media, Peace Hyde’s Non-profit Foundation Aim Higher Africa, NEPC, and former diplomats such as the United States Ambassador to Nigeria, Stuart Symington, and the Former Deputy British High Commission to Nigeria, Laure Beaufils.
Kemi’s dedication to creating a positive impact in the industry is also evident in her brand, K.Aspen, which has been recognized by Meta, MTV Base, TraceTV, and BBC Africa, among others.
